Latest from The Wicked Witch of the West is that the hubbub over mexus' revoked status is a "flubhub" hubbub engineered by the usual suspects (git, bob, me, fauvet, et al) to pick up additional shares more cheaply.

That whole Deb thing about "oh yeah, we're aware of this, and it was our agents' who were late etc etc" doesn't fly. This is what registered agents do for a living: properly file for their clients. What kind of an agent would overlook the simple act of filing and paying for a client (and after all the correspondence from Nevada reminding the agent of the upcoming default date)? They would be open to lawsuits and wouldn't be in business for long. Registered agents don't themselves decide to get their client's "revoked" ... it's the company (in our case, CEO) that alone is responsible. But, typical of PT/Deb telephone communications, (1) it's someone else's fault, but (2) we are aware of and taking care of this, and (this is where Jake The Magic Wand spins his magic) (3) it's no big deal and everything is OK.

Nothing is "OK" with mexus, nothing ......
