If you don't care about share price, then you don't own any shares.

As for your updates on the ecosystem, The Exchange has been live for well over a year and they still can't get that working correctly. Those who are getting coins can't get rid of them. I'm sorry but this is basically dead unless they change the share structure immediately and PAY OFF the toxic note, and finally prove they have the assets they claim to have.
