Long message? Are you implying it’s a good thing or a bad thing->

If its good, GREAT, if you mean its to long, you have to then realize that all OTC stock investment disclaimers are even longer and most don’t even read them.

Words used to protect a pump and dump from prosecution are usually very long and often written in small print to make it BORING!

Investors read this:
GET IN ON THE GROUND FLOOR OF THIS HOT STOCK BEFORE IT EXPLODES TO THE MOON!

When they should be reading this:
The meaning of the safe harbor provisions of the U.S. Private Securities' Litigation Reform Act of 1995. Forward-looking statements also may be included in other publicly available documents issued by the Company and in oral statements made by our officers and representatives from time to time. These forward-looking statements are intended to provide management's current expectations or plans for our future operating and financial performance, based on assumptions currently believed to be valid. They can be identified by the use of words such as "anticipate," "intend," "plan," "goal," "seek," "believe," "project," "estimate," "expect," "strategy," "future," "likely," "may," "should," "would," "could," "will" and other words of similar meaning in connection with a discussion of future operating or financial performance. Examples of forward-looking statements include, among others, statements relating to future sales, earnings, cash flows, results of operations, uses of cash and other measures of financial performance. Because forward-looking statements relate to the future, they are subject to inherent risks, uncertainties and other factors that may cause the Company's actual results and financial condition to differ materially from those expressed or implied in the forward-looking statements. Such risks, uncertainties and other factors include, among others. Such as, but not limited to economic conditions, changes in the laws or regulations, demand for products and services of the company, the effects of competition and other factors that could cause actual results to differ materially from those projected or represented in the forward-looking statements. Any forward-looking information provided in this release should be considered with these factors in mind. We assume no obligation to update any forward-looking statements contained in this report.\

OR how about THIS disclaimer at the bottom of GBTCs website (grayscale). See If you can make heads or tails of this disclaimer. Also it's posted as light gray on white so you cant even read it unless you copy and paste it and change the copy color to black.

Posted on their website;
Carefully consider each Product’s investment objectives, risk factors, fees and expenses before investing. This and other information can be found in each Product’s private placement memorandum, which may be obtained from Grayscale and, for each Product that is an SEC reporting company, the SEC’s website, or for each Product that reports under the OTC Markets Alternative Reporting Standards, the OTC Markets website. Reports prepared in accordance with the OTC Markets Alternative Reporting Standards are not prepared in accordance with SEC requirements and may not contain all information that is useful for an informed investment decision. Read these documents carefully before investing.

Investments in the Products are speculative investments that involve high degrees of risk, including a partial or total loss of invested funds. Grayscale Products are not suitable for any investor that cannot afford loss of the entire investment. The shares of each Product are intended to reflect the price of the digital asset(s) held by such Product (based on digital asset(s) per share), less such Product’s expenses and other liabilities. Because each Product does not currently operate a redemption program, there can be no assurance that the value of such Product’s shares will reflect the value of the assets held by such Product, less such Product’s expenses and other liabilities, and the shares of such Product, if traded on any secondary market, may trade at a substantial premium over, or a substantial discount to, the value of the assets held by such Product, less such Product’s expenses and other liabilities, and such Product may be unable to meet its investment objective.

This information should not be relied upon as research, investment advice, or a recommendation regarding any products, strategies, or any security in particular. This material is strictly for illustrative, educational, or informational purposes and is subject to change.

The shares of each Product are not registered under the Securities Act of 1933 (the “Securities Act”), the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (except for Products that are SEC reporting companies), the Investment Company Act of 1940, or any state securities laws. The Products are offered in private placements pursuant to the exemption from registration provided by Rule 506(c) under Regulation D of the Securities Act and are only available to accredited investors. As a result, the shares of each Product are restricted and subject to significant limitations on resales and transfers. Potential investors in any Product should carefully consider the long-term nature of an investment in that Product prior to making an investment decision. The shares of certain Products are also publicly quoted on OTC Markets and shares that have become unrestricted in accordance with the rules and regulations of the SEC may be bought and sold throughout the day through any brokerage account.

WOW who wants to read all that?

Words have power when used correctly, they make it so OTC pump and dumps are EXEMPT from prosecution and allow fraud to happen legally.

If you stood next to a Cliff and there was a sign that says “Danger 500 foot drop” would you jump? And if you found a note on your care that said “I put $100,000 cash in a bag next to that garbage can” would you go look?

OTC disclaimers are sort of like this.
“Put $100,000 in a bag and leave it next to the garbage then go to the cliff and jump”
you’re out money and you jumped of your own free will.

When you invest in a pump diluted dump the warning signs are right there for all to see. SURE the disclaimers are on winning stocks because it has to be there legally and to protect even blue chip stocks. But the signs are not the disclaimer, the signs and words and numbers that are visible on the posted structure data of each ticker.

3 words used in a row can get you arrested and charged with a felony. Two words used can cause a waiter who asked if you want water first to bring you water. Even one letter “I” can communicate you agree but you would sound like a pirate.

How about NO words! A simple nod means yes with no words even spoken.

Long or short if long posts can cause someone to say that’s the longest post they ever read, you have to wonder what is being written that is shorter that makes investors lose all their money.

WHEW! I exhaust myself sometimes. WAIT till these pump and dumps use AI to create the disclaimers.
