Exactly.

So even if a brokerage allows OTC investing, they are going to try and convince you NOT to buy.

So potential ELTP investors are going get scared when they have to fill out a waiver for OTC stocks and many will ultimately NOT buy due to FEAR.

And on top of this, some brokerages charge COMMISSION FEES for OTC stocks, yet ANOTHER deterrent to buying ELTP.

You do have a valid point. Penny stock investing is discouraged by retail brokers.
