That would be a good scenario but what if this happens:

The announcements come that Direct TV as well as Time-Warner agree to air TFN in the states and worldwide and the PPS goes to lets say .0075 (not out of the question). At this point the divi's would actually be a gift given that you would be able to convert them at a rate of .00015 /million shares. If this scenario were to appear then I as well as many others would not only convert but would actually thank Sandy for what he has done.
