You do understand infrastructure, toxic debt, pay roll, other expenses AND the fact they are trying to "acquire" MORE. Seamus will not use 3 million to buyback shares. Not at this point in time. Buying back shares will do nothing for his company short term or long term. Sadly retail common shareholders are not priority for most of these pink companies. JMO of course you never know though....l
