The government wont issue a LOI of $800M unless the funds were sitting there, committed to being invested, from their coffers. And they state NioCorp as a direct target.

Do you think the US Government issues such statements without the funds in the bank, ready to commit?

Good luck on your interpretation. And please stop “quoting” things i did not say.

And yet my simple question of what happens to NioCorp value if it achieves the $800M in government cash has simple gone unanswered. Why? Nevermind, already know the answer.
