Have to also realize, that the day the split happens, existing shareholders will not be able to trade those shares until after those shares have been "settled". That I've seen, typically 3-4 days.
So while that is going on, the market will still be trading BOMO shares. Again, that I've seen, the PPS will initially go up, as the company pumps their stock. But if they also start more dilution, by the time your shares are settled, the PPS could be headed down.
(With a company like this one, I'm guessing, that is what is going to happen.)
They left the AS's @ 40 BILLION shares for a reason.
