Hiru annual report page 4 & 5 Miro and friends all over the listed share holders and the shares were issued at below market price.
There is something fishy when j S name keeps popping up in Kathryn’s past. Spqs, Nxmr and Hiru all have him and his family listed as major stock holders plus using his accountant of choice.
I just have the
Opinion that there is some kind of agreement in place that is holding this stock back. How else do you explain over a year of great sales and expansion and the stock stinks and the owner seems to not be in any rush to have audited financials by a real accounting company. Throw in the lack of management or desire to have board members and Kathryn answers to no one. I believe Miro wants it this way.
