The AGN CSX doesnt want my money or US regulations. So, 2 shares @ $.53 for US now and 1 'right' for $.18 and a warrant for $.38 later, ($.50) plus at the discount when/if AGN goes to $.73. A fair deal for both, IMO. Nasdaq is US...
Got to invest in what's happening right now or not. The past is a different hand / review, IMO.
I was mad once at some management fubars when they sold ONT to Goog 2-2010, 75 for 1.
