GVSI has a high probability of getting delisted by the SEC because it has failed to addresss specific SEC ordered audited financials from 2008 through 2013 and Sharp has already said he can't audit GVSI's financials. Anyone who actually reads the SEC documentation cannot refute that. All that is left is posting false information and misdirection.

I have provided proof using verifiable SEC documentation and Sharp's own tweets instead of feeble misdirection.
