Lol what shares you are talking about? They even don’t have the $$$ to pay and get the drilling report.. where is the report?

It is an OTC company and don’t have $$ to pay OTC bills to keep the Share Structure updated?

The debt they converted to common shares is given by Graber’s consulting firm with interest..
