I have been an investor in Frzt way before the acquisition.

Going private with a response would likely yield a substantially higher market cap. Get to create and communicate the narrative to the investment world. Yes, investment bankers and underwriters are expensive but follow through on building the enterprise over the next two years then spin it public with potentially a 100m plus market cap.
