Drove to Twitchell resevoir today. This project is definetly happening!! Quite a bit of debris in the lake. Lots of floating limbs that will take quite alot of time to remove. Lake and rivers are very muddy which means even more sediment flowing in. I viewed 8 men setting up more equipment to take down the access road to the lake.
