This whole thing is weird. Don't understand dung involvement. What was his use? What connection to ciwm? Video of some sort of trade show with 2 company names askh and ciwm? "Good food" with lithium or industrial waste talk? Filings with no attempt at promo - a pr or even a tweet(dude did a press release to announce bringing in dung but not about closing a deal) Why no toxics, dilution, p&d if you are too incompetent to be legit? Can't make sense of this.
