The lure is to buy the CDs for shares in the new Zen. Once you have the shares to do this, why buy more unless it’s at 1 or 2?? These sales are also vendor shares, auditor, atty fees, etc!! The audit won’t cover the shares disbursed the last three months. Maybe the get lucky and find another profitable merger which surely isn’t the tiny water clarification Co.
