Yeah, he's a little off base. Someone needs to tell him to read the bankruptcy plan, page 44, as it pertains to equity interests. Stock is already cancelled, and the shareholders get nothing.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
