It is a line item in the financials. Some poor sucker paid millions for the licensing/branding rights of BeWater. The dumb thing is the investors have no idea about the details of how that deal would have benefited the person shelling out the cash. For all we know, that deal could have basically turned the company over to the person shelling out the millions.
