From RGLG latest filings… The Company entered into an acquisition agreement with Entrex Carbon Market, LLC (“Entrex”) in August of 2022. Entrex operates as a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.

From Entrex filing in January 2023:
Entrex has a Letter of Intent for a merger
with a current OTC company which it anticipates
executing in January 2023. The terms of the
merger provide Entrex Carbon Market
Shareholders 95% of the finalized outstanding
shares of the entity. Operations shall
commence in January within the PubCo, upon
announcement of the merger, and are expected
to be fully merged through the first quarter
of 2023.
