This is a hoot. I was wondering how Jason wasn't screwing over some of the holders of his debt. New 8K out that increases the number of shares for the regulation "D" holders that was priced at $1. So instead of splitting the stock for the moment he has increased the number of shares for these holders bringing the new effective price per share to .02. These shares should be vested the first part of May. At the rate of price deterioration Jason may still need a split. LOL What a smelly mess! So $931,000 converting at $0.02.?!? impossible?
