Just keep reading these key parts of the Feb. 2 and March 23 news releases over and over!

GRASS VALLEY, CA, Feb. 02, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- via NewMediaWire – Today BrewBilt Brewing Company (the "Company") (OTCPINK: BRBL), announces that after several months of negotiations, the Company has finalized specific terms and conditions to proceed with a contract that will bring BrewBilt Brewing’s craft beers to premier entertainment venues across the country.

Chairman and CEO Jef Lewis stated, “Our strategic partnership will result in development of BrewBilt-powered craft beer breweries throughout the US, starting in California and Florida. This is a partnership that will bring revenue to our craft beer production, as well as to BrewBilt Manufacturing. There are 40 sites projected that would generate $130M in revenue along with continued revenue in commercial craft beer production.”

From March 23, 2023, in part..

"Jef Lewis further stated, “As we finalize our franchise hospitality contract, the Company is on target to file the audited financials for the year-end of December 31, 2022. Our sales growth rate has increased more than 330% since we started production in July 2022. We have 154 active customers with a customer retention rate of 80%."

I can imagine it takes a lot of work to get this type of partnership contract correct for both parties. 40 projected BrewBilt-powered craft beer breweries sounds pretty good to me! And if they are partnering with a hospitality company that owns and operates over 100 hotels, restaurants and lounges, as seen below, that's definitely a big enough company who could finance the development of 40 microbreweries. Still sounds like a win/win deal for both parties to me and that's why I remain optimistic that the deal will go through.

From the January 9th, 2022 news release, in part...

"Lewis further stated, “On January 6 we advanced discussions of a potential $130M contract which will open doors with a major entertainment and hospitality company that owns and operates over 100 hotels, restaurants, and lounges. Brewery franchises are getting more and more attention today. Our brand is gaining popularity.”
