They are on NASDAQ so the bar is higher to produce results. I respect if you have lost your patience and have to exit. I just cannot justify the company going through a merger, acquiring another company, joining NASDAQ and being courted by EXIM Bank for an $800 Million loan with nothing to show for it unless EXIM Bank is ok with just niobium, scandium and titanium. There is a strong possibility that what is holding up an announcement on REE's is that they are trying to compile all the data in to a FS which always takes time because it so detailed. Its been some time now though so I would not be surprised if they were on the verge of a release but since we are not privy to information, we are left trying to calculate when/what is their next move.
