With this one it is going to be hard to hold after it 10 bags but much more to come in my opinion. Projected earnings for 2023 and 2024 are more than impressive.

On February 14, 2023, pursuant to a Definitive Share Exchange Agreement, dated February 14,
2023, by and among the Company, Zhejiang Dashang Media Co., Ltd. (“Zhejiang”), and the
shareholders of Zhejiang (the “Shareholder”), the Shareholders acquired an aggregate of
80,209,926 shares of common stock of the Company in exchange for all of the issued and
outstanding equity of Zhejiang, resulting in Zhejiang becoming a wholly-owned subsidiary of the
Company. As such, the Company recognized the revenue, assets and liabilities of Zhejiang
acquired in the reorganization, at their historical carrying amounts.
