SMH! One company I had followed and they had a verified TAso I called them and asked if they still represented the company - they said no as they hadn't been 0aid in 4 years.

Then I called the OTCM and told them and the next the BS had been removed.

You don't understand how OTC scams operate when you don't report to the SEC the stock has been deregistered from the SEC. So the company can issue stock without going through the SEC and the TA.

Just as I stated you or the TA doesn't know the true share structure since they aren't a SEC filer.

This is why so many novice investors lose money they don't understand how OTC scams work and they don't understand securities law.

The information on the OTCM is provided by the company.
