every investor in ECSL has an opinion and that opinion usually is based upon due diligence. some investors in ECSL have been around a long time and know how to retrieve information better than others. in any investment, ECSL included, the ''when'' is always wanted by all. i have found that most times the ''when'' on any complex undertaking is a 'moving target' and, ECSL has been no exception. anyone that relies upon a message board, such as this, in lieu of their own due diligence...should definitely not invest more than they can afford to lose.
ECSL is at the cusp and that is my opinion.
