I answered my own question (except for legality). From the last 10-Q, it looks like they have been selling off the MRMD shares. At last count, they still have 850,000 left worth $331,500 at today's MRMD price. That 10-Q also contained an interesting note on the incestuous relationship between the BOD of WDDD and the BOD of RLBD, another of Thom's sub-penny ventures. I knew Thom was the CEO, but it looks like he took the whole team with him. Makes one wonder who is minding the store at WDDD. LOL
