Legally, those transactions are not allowed because suspended or revoked corporations are prohibited from entering into contractual agreements and conducting business operations.

But since the same person is on both sides of the transaction, I doubt he will complain to himself and seek to reverse the transactions, which legally he would have a right to do.

Of course, if any unrelated third-party conducted business with a corporation that was revoked, they could sue to terminate any agreement because it would not be legally in effect.
