WHY is anyone surprised??
This POS company has been in the final stages of death for years now and in a mere week from now, the TRUTH is going to be laid out for everyone to see!! --- UNLESS, Momma Easy-bake can't get the financials stmts filed on time which is likely because she may well be the stupidest Cfo {and person} in the Otc capital markets. I think her being in the position is simply a way for the Moore family to steal more money from the company!!
What is this truth however??
The truth is, I think,, that Mattyboy blew his wad with his false promises and exagerations in the previous quarters and we are all going to finally see that $INND's cheap, Chinese product isn't selling!!
If they are, we should see re-orders from Walmart {which oddly, Mattyboy never put out news on} so, what's going to be the excuse??
It will be interesting to see if Walmart has actually paid for the product in full as of the end of december 2022. Even if they did, most of the money would have gone to the toxic receivables factoring companies because I'm sure that the Moore family have long since grabbed the money and run.
From what's been going around, it seems that company employees are leaving,, whether fired, furloughed or quitting because they aren't being paid or are tired of being lied to!!
This preferred share offering that Mattyboy is pitching?? a piepdream if he thinks its his salvation.
Gabe Sayegh appears to have abandoned this stock.
The CrownKing?? Where's he at?
Do we think that $INND has been making its payments to all those stores that have those useless hearing kiosks? Doubt it!
Mattyboy must feel pretty low right about now... Working capital drying up, creditors calling, employees going unpaid or leaving, his family meal ticket gone.. I wonder if Daddy Mark is still able to make payments on the house?
Also, I stopped by the office building some 5 weeks ago and noticed that the building's main floor tenants,,, well, what tenants?? There don't seem to be many on the first floor. It looked pretty empty to me.
It's going to be pretty difficult to hide from these next filings. I think they are going to be delayed because thats just the way he seems to work. In the next filings,, any lies made over the last few months are going to be exposed!!
Listen folks, except for Trading_Jeff who is probably making good money jumping in and out of this stock, I don't think there is any future in this company. There are just going to be more True-ups, and lies, and missed targets, and falling sales, and ---- REALITY!!
