If we include all test-takers, it seems this Metaphorical time limit is based on whoever can sustainably commercialize Spider Silk first. It hasn't been done yet. But KBLB is looking to be the first to turn in their test. In all fairness, it just makes sense to wait until the test is complete before handing out the grade. Or aren't the students allowed to change their answers before handing in the test?
