Comparing the Twitchell to the Oroville Dam. They need to keep that one below the emergency spillway level, so are dumping water big time...
That was 35,000 cfs. which is still well below half its max. For reference, the Twitchll was discharging a max of 2500' cfs and now is at 500 cfs https://rain.cosbpw.net/sensor/?site_id=132&site=5605bd9d-27a8-493b-b3c4-372303847336&device_id=1&device=6b2f67ba-7f25-4ac9-bcb6-ac803d1a494a. But the level remains 10-15' below the level that would allow for dredging.

I stand by my claims that next to no work if any is under way at this time.

This is the site of the Jan 2017 Oroville dam disaster, which was massive and cost $1.1 bn to fix if not more. Totally different than just some sediment problems that exist at the Twitchell... which did have a former FEMA request refused, but it was a mere $3m and change, only 0.15% as much as what WSRC is saying the (actual) Zero dollar agreement might entail in the end.

Also for reference, that reservoir holds 3.5 million acres feet some 20 times larger than the tiny Twitchell......https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lake_Oroville

As I said earlier today, congrats to longs for the long overdue price gains. Appears pumpy to me. Keep that in mind as you decide to hold all or take some profits..but what do I know? LOLzzzzz
