Hell , I'd bet there is international consequences/law that enables pursuit of evasion .

As I mentioned , receipts/dedctions offset taxable income .
Frank had a ALOT of money slide through his hands , but I don't think he has/had the receipt/deductions to grind down the heavy income tax bill due .
As you have eluded to , the government (FBI/SEC?FDIC etc) can be desueded BUT , not the IRS . uh uh .
As I asked before , what do you think Frank pulled in monetarily with QBID ?
