The answer to your Q is obvious: There has to be a very good reason why someone spent A LOT of $$$ to clean up this $VNTH shell, AND to have it Fully Audited so it can be officially SEC Reporting.

Let' not forget the 2+ Billion shares that was purchased (nearly $3 Million) in Sept 2022
