The most lucrative option for shareholders is to use the $15m icon money and merge with a private revenue producing company with possibly $30m in revenues. To uplist we would have to merge with a blank check nasdaq filer, absorb their shares and then do the RS. Hopefully their shares are not too high. We probably need to get the os down to about 75 million to support the nasdaq listing. There are very few ways to uplist to nasdaq without the RS. We could get bought out by a nasdaq company, but would be paid a pro rata share of the total market value, and our Roblox revenues would not have kicked in.
