The company was a financial mess and always late on any filings before Leslie took over. Go the the SEC site and sift back over the last 3-4 years to see the mess it was and how he has systematically eliminated financial problems, got quality auditors, and has consistently delivered filings over the last 2 years.

Does this guarantee anything? No. But my view has always been - do your own research, know your risk tolerance, make your own decisions, and don't whine. And, "it ain't over till it's over."
