It should turn out OK once they file audited financials for 2022. A lot of the OTCMarkets concerns on stock promotions seem to be targeted toward shells with little / no business, which this isn't. They just have to document it.

I wouldn't say that most companies with promotions badges get CE. Probably most *shells* do. But this isn't a shell anymore.
