Why don´t they go to get listed in Turkey?

Because everyone in Turkey knows that GIFX is not as much as Kisa claims. I checked on a list of companies in TRNC and can't find a hint or mention of anything about GIFX or GIFA, Inc. Probably why this is and will remain a Caveat Emptor company. Other than Kisa's newspaper(s), I can find no company news or listings as an operating company in the TRNC.

I had some time to "analyze" these criminally fraud BS filings by the TRNC little con-man and they are literally THE WORSE this POS scam has "tried" to pass-off yet. It's comically bad - and I of course sent a lengthy write-up to the OTC back-end folks and the SEC Los Angeles office who's overseeing all things GIFA-CON:

SOOooo....watch the spinning magic mirror ball wheel - sooo what happened sorta was now we SOLD that property finally sort of BUT we won't get any money from it till like 2 or 3 yrs from now BUT WE OWN NO PROPERTY and have said so for years....AND there's like a loan or note thingy or something and then the BS asset construction costs we used to cook our fake books...

THUS....E=MC2 and Einstein and stuff....and thus THAT explains away our property lies of the past 5 plus years and in the meantime we'll be looking for a place...oh and we have NEVER moved anything to the UK despite that being the lie we peddle in each filing" blah blah
