Here is an excerpt from an email that I just sent to my Patent Attorney today. Just remember that a CLONE is legal merchandise and there is no way that any Police Department would outlaw this business model.



“… I’m so excited about my drone delivery service curbside with LEGAL clones no THC above .03% and no development of a root system. This is “line of sight” technology and in my drawings to the USPTO I also added drone flight from a processing plant.

This is going to be one wild ride for me once granted.

I’m 100% confident we will get an approval and my drone cargo design to hold the delivery of Clones.

We are going to rock!!!! Just waiting for the 1st Office Action. FYI…”

Anyways, my patent application is in MY NAME. It is a UTILITY PATENT and my drone cargo area is so cool with all kinds of super cool features for the drone cargo delivery area. All of the benefit from this PATENT is yet to be determined. I gave ACCR ownership of the TRADEMARK.

I could contact current management and see if there is interest in selling back the ACCR shell back to me. I dunno. I will wait to see how my patent application finalizes. I should get it. If current management does not deal this shell back to me…then once granted the patent application I will try and find another shell or interested party. As of right now…the current and future ClonesbyDrones has nothing to do with ACCR except for the above listed trademark.
