A recent change in the trust management did not adversely affect the stock.
The Simmons bank in Texas that was managing the payouts of several trusts decided to get out of the business of managing trusts and stick to banking. Argent Trust out of TN will manage it. There is no board of directors of a trust stock so no insiders paying themselves to sit on a board. The producing wells are from XTO energy which was acquired by Exxon Mobile. Longs were all sent letters and called to vote on the proxy. It was postponed till they could get enough votes to pass it.
