Yeah, it looks like PUMA or whoever is behind it is shorting 0.29 - 0.32 to cover at the current bid of .2705. Whether that's a serious attempt to drive down the price or just a short scalp, I don't know. But someone is playing short while the volume is low and price is mostly stagnant.
