They may have used poor judgement in their promotion of TXTM (don't you want to know?) and it got us into this mess. But they are actively using all their legal avenues to get us out of it.

While they should't go into too much detail about the behind-the-scene efforts the legal team is making, I too am disappointed there is very little mention of TXTM as a business. What is happening in the way of actual asset and sales transfers that have actually ocurred?

Or is the CE completely justified?
