Math - Current market cap is ~$2B - if FRC has to raise more than $50B, that is a 25+ fold dilution.

$12/25 = $0.48 per share

IF this bank survives at all. It will either be a Bear Stearns or a Lehman Bros. Crushing existing common stock or wiping them ~OUTT entirely.
