No question that Andrew Berman has an interesting and strong background in the Cannabis industry, which does include taking Harborside public - he's also the President of one of the largest cannabis operations in the US. (Flora California/Greenfield).

With his extensive legal background in finance and expansion, is it possible there's a reason why at this time he was named a Director?
