SEKA HYDROPOWER shpk is a concession company created by the temporary merger of the companies "GENER 2" shpk and HYDRO-PROJECT shpk for the implementation of the concession contract related to the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Energy, dated 12.06.2012, for financing, design , the construction, commissioning, administration, maintenance of the "Seke" hydropower plant and its transfer at the end of the contract to the Contracting Authority.
