They are re-organizing the co. under Chapter 11 bankruptcy----they have filed a Plan of Reorganization (POR)---there have been objections to this plan filled by the IRS and US Trustee--an answer to these objections has been filed by the co.---agreements have been made with creditors under the POR---existing contracts will either be filled by the co. or canceled in some cases..

the good news at the moment, according to the POR is common shares will remain whole and not canceled...
