I see when pressed FOR FACTS you change your tune and revert to the fact that Cyrus was supposed to be CEO in 6 months. You omitted that it was not just an automatic promotion from President to CEO - it included reaching some milestones (including the removal of the clinical hold) which have not been met.

Once again I ask that ‘opinions’ are not referred to here as ‘facts’. Opinions are fine — we all have them — but they are certainly NOT facts.
