From the August 2022 video, Keith mentioned there was a deceased "legacy?" share holder who put 10 million shares in a trust for a young relative back in the early/mid 2000's. From recall, they were trying to negotiate a deal /buy out of the 10 M. Based on the math, it appears this 10 million is separate from the other 29.5 million
