Holman will buy back 5 mil shares of HCMC. How generous. That amounts to about $1,000.00 coming from a guy we just gave $12 mil to in a special offering. He already holds 48 BILLION shares of HCMC and one of his other execs holds 24 Billion. Any settlement with PM (If there is one) he will get almost all the proceeds anyway. This dividend from the new company,is that a one time payment or a continuing dividend? He needs to be more specific with all the details.
He also hired a consulting company consisting of WHO and for WHAT amount. No details.
He also has another well over 300 billion more authorized shares. Why doesn't he retire them????? I don't believe anywhere in the entire stock market is there another company with that many authorized shares. The largest companies in the world only have a small fraction of total shares, where as HCMC has over 700 billion. Go figure!!
