I don't feel sorry for Nasrat.......AT ALL, but here are the FACTS:

Nasrat has lost his shirt 100 fold more than the average shareholder in terms of dollar amount.

He was paid 100% in stock for both salary and bonus for his first several years as CEO.

The average share price for those years are in the .40's, .30's, .20's and .10's.

And on top of his compensation, he bought six figures worth of shares on the open market in the .30's.

So as of right now, some MCDONALD'S employees were paid more than Nasrat during his first several years as CEO based on Elite's current stock price.

Look how much has already found its way into his pockets over the past 10 years while shareholders lost their shirts owning the stock.

MAKE ELITE GREAT AGAIN!
