This shit is what happens when you do nott have honest money - when you have a fiat currency controlled by a semi-governmental entity that tries to engage in economic and social engineering. That thinks it can ~OUTTlaw the business cycle and suppress any recession. That thinks it can control employment and can clean up capital misallocations that occur because of the massive market distortions they intentionally produce.
