This company is in big trouble. I think it is going to implode. They issued 92M shares in the last 30 days to likely pay for promissory notes at the cheap. They still need to issue 25M shares to Milholand on April 14. Out of desperation, the $25M that the CEO bragged about turned out to be from Tony. One of the biggest toxic lender in SIRC. SIRC still owes him $14M that is due in June. I don’t think Brett alone can save SIRC. Although he intends to help but they keep giving him shares at the cheap. Now look what happened with PLEMCo.

It’s a sad story caused by an incompetent CEO. He missed a lifetime opportunity by making one mistake after the other.

Can the stock go up. Possible. Can it sustain itself, I doubt it. This is now a classical pump and dump OTC pink. It is highly likely that the 10K will be delayed and I won’t be surprised if it goes beyond April 15.

I am glad that I managed to reduce my exposure in SIRC to a minimal level. I still have a lottery ticket worth 100,000 shares in SIRC.
